And a balanced practice will help you to begin quieting the thoughts that keep you awake at night.

Join Donna for a dynamic flow and grounding yin practice suitable for all levels of ability. Both the flow and yin sequences include traditional Indian sitar music to assist you in reaching a deeper, meditative state as you practice. The complete practice runs approximately 115 minutes. You may also choose to practice flow or yin separately. The flow sequence will take you 50 minutes to complete including time for Savasana. The yin sequence will take you 74 minutes to complete.
